These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tk1990 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the tk1990 website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, "the Platform").

By completing the registration process, accessing your account, depositing funds, placing wagers, or otherwise engaging with any feature of the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and apply to all users of the Platform regardless of the date on which they registered.

tk1990 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to provide notice via email or a prominent on-platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

1.1 Governing Language

These Terms are written and published in English. In the event of any dispute regarding interpretation, the English-language version of these Terms shall prevail.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Access to and use of the tk1990 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. tk1990 is strictly an adult platform. Underage gambling is illegal and harmful.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction and place of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, or immediate family member of tk1990 or any of its technology partners, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or in association with, any person who does not meet these eligibility criteria.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, regulatory prohibition, or court order that restricts your participation in gambling activities.

2.1 Age Verification

tk1990 employs a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before processing your first withdrawal, you will be required to submit valid government-issued identification documents confirming your age and identity. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent Bangladeshi authority.

Where tk1990 has reasonable grounds to believe that a player may be under 18 years of age, we reserve the right to suspend the account, withhold withdrawals, and conduct enhanced verification at any time. If a player is confirmed to be underage, the account will be permanently closed, all wagers placed by that account will be voided, and any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with applicable regulatory guidance.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The Platform is operated for and targeted at players in Bangladesh. Players accessing the Platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law do so entirely at their own legal risk. tk1990 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in jurisdictions other than Bangladesh.

To access the full range of tk1990 services, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to the registration and maintenance of your account:

3.1 Registration Requirements

• You may hold one account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited.
• All registration information you provide must be accurate, complete, and current. You must promptly update your information if it changes.
• You must provide a valid email address and mobile number at registration. These contact details are used for account security, transaction confirmations, and responsible gaming communications.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any third party.

3.2 KYC Documentation

tk1990 may request the following documents at any stage of your account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or following unusual account activity:

• Proof of Identity: National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 90 days.

Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 calendar days of the request may result in withdrawal suspension or account restriction until compliance is achieved.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. All financial transactions on the tk1990 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no standard maximum deposit, though individual payment channel limits imposed by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or your bank may apply.
• Deposits are credited to your tk1990 wallet in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• tk1990 does not charge a deposit processing fee. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which tk1990 bears no responsibility.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is approved. Unverified accounts cannot withdraw funds.
• Withdrawals to verified bKash and Nagad accounts are processed as rapidly as possible, with most requests completed within the same business day during operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6).
• tk1990 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence reviews on withdrawal requests that are unusually large, inconsistent with deposit history, or associated with accounts flagged for suspicious activity. Such reviews may extend processing time by up to 5 business days.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion. Only funds in the real-money portion of your wallet that have satisfied wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal.

4.3 Accepted Payment Methods

tk1990 currently accepts the following deposit and withdrawal channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. tk1990 may add or remove payment methods at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to payment options via platform announcement or email.

tk1990 periodically offers bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives to both new and existing players. The following terms apply to all bonus offers unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bets), and time limit will be stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Bonus funds are held in a separate bonus wallet and may only be used for wagering. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Winnings generated from bonus fund wagers are credited to the bonus wallet and become withdrawable only after full wagering requirements are satisfied.
• If you withdraw real-money funds before completing the wagering requirements associated with an active bonus, the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

tk1990 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the creation of multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once; coordinated wagering with other players to fulfil wagering requirements with reduced risk; exploiting technical errors or loopholes in the promotion mechanics; and using excluded game types to meet wagering requirements.

Where bonus abuse is detected, tk1990 reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit any bonus-derived winnings, and suspend or permanently close the associated account(s). Determinations of bonus abuse are made at tk1990's sole discretion following an internal investigation.

5.3 Promotional Amendments

tk1990 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, including after it has been accepted by a player, where there is evidence of abuse, a technical error affecting the promotion, or a change in applicable regulatory requirements. Players will be notified of material changes before they take effect where practicable.

As a player on the tk1990 Platform, you agree to use the Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in full compliance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or any other interaction with tk1990.
• Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Allowing any third party, including a minor, to access or use your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place wagers, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage wagering designed to exploit pricing errors, or any other activity that constitutes fraud against tk1990 or other players.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to transfer funds of illegal origin. tk1990 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in relation to suspected financial crime.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software, infrastructure, or game code.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing tk1990 staff or other players through any communication channel.

tk1990 reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of these obligations and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities, where violations are confirmed.

All content published on the tk1990 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name tk1990, the site logo, graphic designs, page layouts, marketing copy, game icons, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of tk1990 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

7.1 Restricted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publish any Platform content without tk1990's prior written consent.
• Use the tk1990 name, logo, or brand assets in any external publication, social media profile, or commercial context without authorisation.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on another website or application.
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the Platform using automated means.

7.2 Third-Party Game Content

Games available on the tk1990 Platform are provided by third-party certified software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The intellectual property rights in those games remain with their respective owners. tk1990 operates as a licensed distributor of those games and does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

tk1990 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to suspension or closure include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the prescribed timeframe.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering activity.
• Confirmed underage gambling.
• Confirmed bonus abuse or exploitation of technical errors.
• Player request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Regulatory requirement or law enforcement instruction.

8.1 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure for reasons other than regulatory breach or fraud, any real-money balance remaining in your wallet (excluding bonus funds and any funds subject to an active investigation) will be returned to you via your last verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where closure results from a confirmed breach of these Terms or fraudulent activity, tk1990 reserves the right to withhold the balance pending investigation and, where applicable, to forfeit the balance in its entirety.

8.2 Voluntary Closure

Accounts closed voluntarily as a self-exclusion measure are subject to the terms of the Responsible Gaming Policy, including mandatory cooling-off periods before reinstatement requests are considered.
